Welcome to Heels Cosmetics. These Terms of Service apply when you visit heelscosmetics.com or buy from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. 1. Who we are
Heels Cosmetics is a lip and cheek makeup brand based in Bradenton, Florida.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides our e-commerce platform and secure checkout.

2. Using our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with how it works, try to access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products, colors and descriptions
We work hard to show our products accurately. Colors on screens can look different from the product in real life, and shade previews and swatches on our website (including the shade finder) are approximate. We may change product packaging, formulas or descriptions over time. The full ingredient list for each product is printed on its packaging.

4. Using our products
Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Some products are designed to create a sensation: for example, Spicy Baby lip plumper gives an intense tingling sensation on purpose. Always patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies, read the ingredient list on the packaging, and stop using any product that causes irritation. Do not use products on irritated or broken skin. Keep products out of reach of children.

5. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Products are available while supplies last, and we may limit quantities. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

6. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order; it isn't acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, because of an error, suspected fraud or lack of stock); if we do, we'll refund any amount charged. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout and the payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm that the payment and contact information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use your payment method.

7. Pre-orders
Some products are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order products are made in our next production batch. You pay when you order, and we ship as soon as the product is ready. Estimated dates may change; if a pre-order is delayed significantly, we'll let you know, and you can ask to cancel for a full refund before it ships.

8. Shipping
Shipping details, including our free shipping offer on qualifying US orders, are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the package passes to you when the carrier delivers it to the address you gave us.

9. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled under our Return & Exchange Policy.

10. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes, including our 10% welcome offer for new subscribers, apply only as described in the offer: typically one code per order, first purchase only for welcome offers, not redeemable for cash, and they can't be applied to past orders. We may end or change promotions at any time, and we may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

11. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

12. Reviews, photos and content you share
If you post a review, tag us (for example with #HeelsCosmetics) or send us photos or comments, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow Heels Cosmetics to use, reproduce and display them on our website and social media in connection with our brand, without payment. We'll ask for your permission before using your photos in paid advertising. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

13. Our content and brand
All website content, including the Heels name and logo, product names, photos, graphics and text, belongs to Heels Cosmetics or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our written permission.

14. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites (for example Instagram, TikTok and Spotify). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our website and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heels Cosmetics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it's posted on this page.
