How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on US orders over $100. Under $100, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from our home in Bradenton, Florida.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link. You can also check your orders anytime from your account.
Do you ship outside the US?
Free shipping over $100 applies to US orders. If you're outside the US, the available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible at contact@heelscosmetics.com with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change it.

Can I return or exchange?
Yes. If the shade isn't right, you can exchange it within 30 days.
How do I start an exchange?
Email contact@heelscosmetics.com with your order number and the shade you'd like instead. We'll reply with the next steps.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry! Email contact@heelscosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the product, and we'll help you right away.

How do I pick my shade?
Take the 3-question shade finder, or start with a lip combo: one Heels liner plus one gloss. Not your shade after all? Use the 30-day exchange.
What's a lip combo?
A liner and a gloss worn together. Line your lips, lightly fill them in, then add gloss on top. It lasts longer and looks fuller.
What does Glossireinas mean?
Gloss + reinas (queens). It's our line of glosses with big personalities, like Gold Digger, Berry Kiss and Martini Queen.
Where can I see the ingredients?
Every Heels product lists its ingredients on the packaging. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, check the list and patch test before use.

Does Spicy Baby really tingle?
Yes, on purpose. Spicy Baby gives an intense tingling sensation that leaves lips looking fuller and glossy.
Is Spicy Baby for everyone?
The tingle is intense by design. Patch test first if your lips are sensitive, and skip it on irritated or broken skin.
Can I wear Spicy Baby with other products?
Yes. Wear it alone for glossy volume, or with a Heels liner for a full lip combo.
